some issues

considerable dust hallway noise

the cleanliness left much to be desired. i found quite a bit of dust throughout the room (not ideal). the noise from the hallway was also a problem. i could hear every conversation as if people were right in the room (it wasn't great).

convenient location luggage lockers quick communication

i found the location convenient for exploring the city since many attractions were just a short walk away. i was also happy that the hotel had luggage lockers, super helpful since my flight was later in the day. i appreciated that the communication was very easy and quick using whatsapp.

the bathroom door could use some attention.

quiet location parking garage luggage lockers

the apartment is in the city center, yet surprisingly quiet. i appreciated the proximity to a parking garage, crucial as we continued to cuenca (this made our departure smooth). the building felt very secure with convenient luggage lockers available.

i noticed the elevator moved somewhat slowly.
